Expectations
Mentorship is focused on relationship. That being said, we expect a mentor to commit to engagement with a mentee for a minimum of ONE YEAR.
Here’s a short list of application requirements:
- Must be at least 25 years of age
- Journey Mentor Application Completed (form below)
- Background Check Completed (Once application completed, you will receive e-mail with details to complete this process)
Once Application requirements are fulfilled, each mentor will complete the E3 Training. This training is approximately 1 hour and will be scheduled by Pastor Patrick as needed.
Once mentorship relationship is initiated, these are suggested minimum requirements:
- A text or call at least once each week
- A gathering of some sort at least once each month (out to eat, family meal, etc.)
- Implementing a discipleship plan (God’s Word) around three months.
