The Landing: Celebrate Recovery for Teens is a Christ-centered, 12-step program for middle and high schoolers (ages 12-18) designed to help them find healing from life’s hurts, habits, and hang-ups, mirroring the adult Celebrate Recovery curriculum but tailored for students, offering a safe space for discussion, worship, teaching, and fellowship to build healthy habits and spiritual growth. It uses a structured, year-long curriculum created with students needs in mind. Each participant will receive a journal to address struggles like anxiety, co-dependency, and negative behaviors, focusing on finding freedom in Jesus Christ. The Landing meets every Thursday @ 6:30 PM.
What it is:
- A biblically-based recovery program for hurting teens.
- A safe, non-judgmental place for students to process life struggles.
- A tool to develop emotional and spiritual health through Jesus
What it does:
- Provides tools to overcome “hurts, hang-ups, and habits”.
- Uses curriculum mirroring the adult Celebrate Recovery program.
- Helps teens develop new, healthy life-giving habits.
Our leaders:
- are Celebrate Recovery-trained, caring adults who walk alongside students with compassion and consistency.
- We do not pressure students to share more than they’re ready for. Instead, we encourage growth at their own pace, in an environment built on confidentiality, safety, and respect.
