Challenger League Baseball

Challenger League Baseball

The Challenger League is a baseball program for children with physical and cognitive disabilities.  Sponsored by the Gifted Hands Disability Ministry of Freedom Church in Milledgeville, GA, the Challenger League uses modified rules to ensure that all players can participate and have FUN!

Any individual between 5 and 18 years old with a physical or cognitive disability may participate in the Challenger League!

What are the benefits of the Challenger League?
  • Players will socialize and have fun in a non-competitive league, as well as celebrate with one another.
  • Players will see and interact with friends from their school and community.
  • Families will enjoy a time away from full-time care.

We also need coaches and buddies who will make the practices and games a FUN experience for everyone!

Volunteer to Be A Buddy

We count on BUDDIES to assist players in making the game as enjoyable as possible.  If you have experience assisting people with disability, that is great!  HOWEVER, NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY!  Use the Form below to volunteer and we will be in touch, soon!
