We are excited to partner with World Help and Crossroads North River Church (Toronto, OH) to transform a village in Fray Martin, Peru. Fray Martin is a small village near the Amazon river with 52 families (260 total population, 60 children). In the name of Jesus, we have assisted in financing a water well and purification project (see pictures), among other projects that will improve the daily lives of the village residents. At the same time, we are supporting the planting of a church that will serve this village and the surrounding area. Upon the completion of the water projects, construction will begin on a church building.
Over the next few years, we will be taking multiple groups to Peru to work alongside the village residents to accomplish various construction and improvement projects. In addition, we will be sharing the gospel with families and forming long-term relationships with the residents.
Upcoming Trip 2025
Our 2025 trip has been scheduled for July 12-19. Here’s a quick summary of the costs involved:
$2,800 per person, including airfare. Per person cost includes:
- All in-country housing
- All in-country transportation
- All in-country meals (excluding airport food)
- Insurance for each participant (Premium Plan)
- A World Help staff person to accompany the group
There will also be costs associated with obtaining/updating passports, if necessary.
